Its platform, the Alifa International School Database, offers detailed school data, guardianship, exchange programs, and more, simplifying the study-abroad journey for students aged 14–19.

Challenges

Alifa identified a key problem in the Chinese international school education market: foreign parents and students lacked access to accurate and reliable information about schools in China, while Chinese educational organizations struggled to attract international students. To address this gap, Alifa aimed to aggregate comprehensive school information, create a user-friendly experience, scale the platform effectively, and offer multiple value-added services. Achieving these goals required a technology partner with strong technical capabilities as well as expertise in user experience design.

Solution

Alifa partnered with Polygon Technology to develop Alifa International School Database. UI/UX design, scalable backend architecture, and modular components for services was delivered. The platform features an intuitive interface, content-rich news feed, and seamless school discovery, aligning with Alifa’s mission and goals.
